The Opportunity
As a Graduate Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be an integral member of our team. This role has been specifically designed for a talented, passionate graduate looking to join an agile, values-driven, customer-centric, executive recruitment & consulting firm.
People are our greatest asset at Frazer Tremble Executive, and day to day, you will have full ownership across.
Identifying and attracting high calibre candidates for appropriate positions, arranging interviews and fully briefing candidates on the company and role.
Take responsibility for candidate care and keep in regular contact with our talent community.
Continuously partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies to continue to deliver exceptional talent to our clients.
Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, networking event and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.
