Fantastic opportunity to join one of the World's most ethical Adtech players to help launch a game changing feature that connects Company data (in a privacy-safe way) with unique insights from data partnerships. 





This is an Infrastructure-type offering that allows Corporates to move ahead of the upcoming law changes around Cookie use, while providing an identity platform leveraged by brands and their partners to deliver innovative products and exceptional experiences.





They place individual privacy at the heart of their proposition and lead the Adtech industry in this area; which is a large reason for their rapid growth and booming Nasdaq share price.

Their most recent offering is an absolute game-changer that leverages large reserves of data in a collaborative, controlled manner using a patented encryption tool that alleviates the need for Cookies and protects consumer information.





The role will be reporting to the VP of Sales and will focus on hunting new enterprise logos. Acting as a 2IC to the VP, you will be responsible for leading this relatively new product locally which will involve influencing senior decision makers and positioning the offering in a compelling way to the Australian market.





You will have plenty of case studies and success stories from overseas to guide you and will also have the opportunity to convert and upsell a select client base locally with seven-figure deal sizes being the norm.





This is an entrepreneurial role which requires creative flair, strong storytelling ability and an aptitude to leverage internal resources to refine a sales cycle and win over a new audience. In addition a rolodex of Marketing Directors and C-suite execs from ASX Companies is key as well as a structured and methodical approach to your sales process.





With strong senior Pre-sales in place as well as an accomplished CSM, your role will mainly be focused on acquisition and will also require strong knowledge of contract negotiation from a Legal standpoint. Understanding how to construct a sales cycle from start to finish at this level is crucial to success in this role as is the ability to mobilize multiple stakeholders.





As the clock ticks down towards Privacy-law changes, the window of opportunities narrows, which is why this Company knows that it has a first-mover advantage. As such, this is a role with massive upside and the future opportunity to lead the sales function locally and to also build out a team around you. In other words, you'll have the opportunity to be a local pioneer in what is an inevitable market shift that is soon to occur.





To be successful you must have a proven track record selling multi-million dollar digital software solutions with digital transformation being at the core. In addition to this, experience successfully scaling a start-up or launching a new solution at an enterprise level is also very highly regarded.





A proven track record with a large vendor or a Consultancy Firm is also very highly regarded.





In exchange you can expect a package of around $300K - $400K with a seat at the APAC leadership table and the opportunity to make a real dent in the local market.
