[YCI59] | Digital Marketing & Online Sales Coordinator

The Australian Reptile Park is located on the Central Coast and is NSW premier animal attraction having won GOLD for Major Tourist Attraction at the 2019 NSW Tourism Awards. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Online Sales Coordinator. The successful candidate must be able to work well within a team-based environment, have the ability to quickly develop a passion for our product and have an exceptional work ethic.





 The successful applicant will:





- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns within the Google Ads Manager and other digital/ social platforms

- Reach the online sales goals assigned by management

- Provide ongoing management and optimisation of campaigns



- Partake in scheduled reporting and strategy meetings

- Report to the Marketing & Business Development Manager on ongoing projects and success 

- Design and implement SEM campaigns to increase web traffic and online purchases

- Be responsible for growing revenue made from the Australian Reptile Park social media pages 

- Be responsible for growing online sales (admissions, tour bookings, online shop, etc)

- Create partnership opportunities that lead to endorsement deals (including both monetary and in-kind sponsorships)

- Assist with internal marketing, sales and growth strategy

- Create automated email campaigns with content, relevancy, smart segmentation and personalisation

- Monitor performance of email campaigns and suggest the implement of strategies for optimisation

- Identify, investigate and implement opportunities in the digital space to help increase ARP’s brand awareness





To succeed in this role you'll have:





- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in a digital marketing role

- Proven track record with digital sales and digital marketing campaigns with the ability to show examples of previous success

- Strong SEM campaign management skills (2-3 years experience)

- Tertiary digital marketing, marketing or communications

- Experience with Google Ads Manager and other social media advertising platforms

- Motivation with an emphasis on problem solving

- Strong computer skills within the office suite

- Ability to work under pressure

- High level of presentation

- Good written and oral communication skills

- High organisational skills

- Driver's license and car
