About the position



This is an outstanding opportunity for two (2) suitably qualified academics to join the Faculty of Society & Design.



The emphases of these positions are to deliver and undertake teaching and research within the areas of construction management and quantity surveying and/or structural engineering and/or building technology. In addition, the satisfaction of the required and desirable selection criteria.



About the person:



The successful applicants will hold suitable qualifications in a relevant field and/or have extensive relevant industry experience.

It is desirable that the applicants are members of a relevant professional body such as the RICS or Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors or be eligible for such membership.



As a member of academic staff, the successful applicants will be responsible for contributing to teaching, research and service in the Faculty and University at the undergraduate and postgraduate level. The successful applicant will also engage in professional and industry liaison and provide student support within the Faculty.



Salary details:

Senior Teaching Fellow renumeration commences at $95,939.10 per annum plus 9.5% superannuation.



Assistant Professor B remuneration commences at $119,681.25 per annum plus 9.5% superannuation.
