Manager required for busy Café located in Sorrento, Mornington Peninsula.

Exciting opportunity for a manager to lead our team and work in a fun, fast paced environment.

Must reside locally. Experience managing in hospitality of a similar venue size essential.

4 x days per week including supervising and working FOH in the café and completing all business administration duties as requested by owners. Further shifts working at Supervisor level in the café available if desired.

START DATE: early December 2020 (negotiable)

Duties include (but not limited to) to the following:

- oversee the operation of the café and all staff.

- rostering for all staff,

including communications on shifts and replacements where necessary.

- banking, filing, invoicing and various other administration duties as required (on direction from Café owners)

- managing costs

- providing payroll figures to owners

- management of stock levels

- staff management including recruitment and performance management

- oversee kitchen in accordance with health food and safety guidelines

- work under direction from café owners.

SALARY: To be discussed upon application - dependent on experience. Training will be provided on the job. Must be reliable and hard working & able to work in a fast paced environment. Must have excellent communication skills. Please submit your Resume with application.
