Part of this growth includes launching new online services to provide clients and the industry access to more buyers. AuctionsPlus is Australia-s largest and most trusted online livestock marketplace. They provide the best platform possible to assist with a value-added livestock trading experience, making AuctionsPlus the most effective way to buy and sell livestock. Over the past thirty years, their auctioning system has also been used to sell more than just livestock,

showing the system's ability to adapt to different products and selling environments. As the Sales Representative, your role is to be customer obsessed and introduce, educate, and sell them the benefits of online reach within various sales channels, including auction, saleyard and direct, thereby considerably widening their potential client base. You will proactively target new clients and existing clients including feedlots, saleyards, processors, producers and stock and station agents introducing them to the benefits of using the various online services This is a modern online service among traditional farmers, so your success will rely on your customer relationship skills and powers of persuasion. So, if you are passionate about agriculture, possess genuine business development and sales skills and can build and sustain client relationships, we are very keen to hear from you. You will have: experience in selling services rather than products a knowledge and ideally experience around livestock supply chains, and livestock agents. You may have an animal health or agricultural merchandise background a background in Australian agriculture, ideally with an understanding of livestock markets, livestock value chain and regional networks a solid track record in sales (new and existing) within an agricultural environment excellent verbal & written communication skills You may be selling an agricultural product into feedlots, processors, saleyards or merchandise outlets now and looking for a fresh change. This role will provide you a genuine challenge and will provide an excellent opportunity to introduce a new and innovative product to the market. There will be a requirement to travel through QLD and northern Australia, with the role to be based in a location suitable to this travel, with some attendance at Sydney HO also required. You will naturally have exceptional levels of initiative, self-motivation and a positive ‘can do- attitude combined with a passion to bestow and live the values of AuctionsPlus.
