Conduct HSE Audits Full time position, reputable employer Would suit 3-5 years' experience About the Company Reputable renewable energy company with successful projects behind them and a solid pipeline of projects moving forward. About the Role This newly created role will be responsible for the HSE planning and scheduling for forthcoming renewable energy projects. You will predominantly be based in office with site visits as and when required. Responsibilities Lead the company-s HSE safety strategy Implement the company-s integrated management system across the local and operational sites Conduct HSE audits of solar / BESS projects during development,
construction and operation Review contractor HSE documentation and benchmark against the company-s integrated management system Prepare regulatory and internal HSE reports and documentation Prepare annual HSE strategies and budgets aligned with the company-s global strategy Assist in the review, development and maintenance of HSE management systems including policies, manuals, procedures and method statements Coordinate and/or conduct HSE training programs including basic safety inductions, hazard identification and risk assessments Coordinate regulatory incident reporting and lead company incident investigations, if required Coordinate the delivery and review of business continuity plans and business impact analysis for corporate office, construction and operational sites Coordinate the delivery of monthly HSE meetings on construction and operational sites Skills & Experience 3-5 years of experience in HSE Relevant qualifications in occupational/workplace HSE HV / electrical experience highly desirable (electrical background favourable) Experience in the electricity/energy industry and construction sector preferred Good analytical skills and presentation skills Benefits Full time position Reputable company Stable employer with solid pipeline of projects How to Apply If you are interested and believe you have the required experience, please apply now with your updated CV and cover letter to Nathan Shackcloth, or call 02 8079 0941 for a confidential discussion. 3176603
