Starting mid-December we are requiring 20 workers for a citrus farm in Gayndah Queensland.
The position will involve planting, harvesting and packing of a range of fruit, as well as general farm labouring tasks. These may include irrigation maintenance, tying plants to stakes, preparing seedlings and other farm maintenance tasks.
The work is for a 6 month period, working at at least 30 hrs per week. You will be working 5-6 days a week.
Work will be paid under the Horticulture Award at $24.80/hour.
The work you will be doing is hard and physically demanding. It will involve a lot of bending. You need to be fit and in good physical condition to do this work.
