The Bosk kitchen services an al a carte restaurant and events for up to 100. The team is lead by the owner and head chef and is looking for an experienced sous chef to assist with business growth.
This is a full time role, and conditions and opportunities are exceptional for the right candidate, who must be available both days over the weekend and at least 2 nights a week.
- assisting the head chef in all operations and management of the kitchen and its staff.
- daily ordering and stock controls
- staff training and employment
Experience and Qualification
You will be a qualified Chef with Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
At least 2 years experience at Sous Chef or senior CDP Chef level is ideal
You will have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Experience with high volume turnover
Be a team player, but also be able to work autonomously
Attention to detail and great time management is a must
Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations

Salary: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
