Must have experience of leading a team at a high end restaurant.
Customer Service and satisfaction is the main focus for deliver a great customer experience.
A sound knowledge of wines
Strong understanding of revenue, labour and COGS targets
Thrive under pressure while delivering superior leadership and service.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:-
Rostering and adhering to labour budgets
Leading a staff of approximately 25 to provide customer service and satisfaction.
Have a hands on approach and be able to help out where needed.
Liaise with the Kitchen Catering and Cellar departments.
Salary is $80,000.00 + Super per annum
