Arte Bianca pizza e vino Double Bay require a full time Chef with a minimum 3 years relevant work experience.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Planning menus, estimating food and labour costs and ordering food supplies
Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
Supervising kitchen team work performance.
Excellent communications with Managers, kitchen and waiting staff regarding food preparation issues
Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures
Preparing and cooking food
Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
Inspecting facilities or equipment for regulatory compliance
Recruit and train staff
