Campaign Manager (Fundraising)
This national NFP in the Disability space is seeking a savvy and ambitious Campaign Manager to cover a 12 month maternity leave role, starting now or in the new year. This organisation is recognised for its high performing, collaborative and supportive culture where staff, clients and partnerships are put first, before profits. This role is located part time on the Northern Beaches (with parking on site) and part time with remote working options. For the right candidate,
there may be opportunities within the organisation past the contract period due to growth.
Reporting to the Head of Campaign (Global), you will be an integral lead in in project managing this campaign for the year, as part of a 3-year plan. So what’s the campaign? It’s this organisation’s most recognisable and reputable fundraising initiative with Year 2020 topping the charts through their fundraising revenue, blowing previous years out of the water.
This is an opportunity to make your mark and have a real influence as you champion the campaign. To do this you will focus on optimising all the marketing, branding, and messaging for the campaign including the digital architecture. There will be an opportunity to develop a new App and enhance other platforms for the campaign.
After learning about and assisting with the 2021 planning and strategy, you will brief Agencies around the communications, logistics, merchandise, and customer service needs for the campaign and develop new collateral and materials to prepare the messaging for the BD team in order to pitch to corporates for partnership acquisitions.
Post acquisition, you will prepare materials, digital advertising and communications for the onboarding of the corporate partners and Peer-Peer fundraising groups, while leading the optimisation.
Of course, you will also manage the event launch, including the donation messaging. Post event, you will provide advocacy and follow up initiatives.
The right candidate will possess:
Campaign Management experience (3-5 years), ideally in peer-peer fundraising
Strong Project management skills
People management skills
Experience delivering to and/or working with Agencies
Experience as a digital generalist, as you will be predominantly leading virtual campaigns and working with internal and external digital specialists.
A relevant degree (desirable) and a passion to build your career in this space
