About the role
Reporting into the Director,
you will be tasked with developing a Software Development division.
Leveraging off current clients (a mix of PSA & SME clients), you will build your desk with the help of a supportive team.
There is a great deal of experience and industry connections between the current Consultants which means you will be able to leverage off these to develop and grow this desk.
You will build on their current client base, servicing current clients as well as attracting new ones to the business.
They are hands on with the business, have incredible amounts of knowledge to pass on to Consultants and are people who genuinely want to see their Consultants grow and develop.
They want to get the best out of their staff - that’s not in a directive way. More a consultative way.
Most of the management team started as Consultants and have developed into the leaders.

Skills and experience
This role would suit a self-sufficient, passionate and driven Consultant who is perhaps tired of being a number in a large corporate business. You will want to run your own desk with the help of an experienced cohort of recruitment professionals. You must have agency experience and ideally exp within Cyber Security.
