Brisbane location Great culture, promotions and dynamic leadership Opportunity to make a positive impact on Franchisees A leading national lending organisation requires a Franchise Business Development Manager to coach, lead and support franchises across Brisbane with their Business Planning, Growth strategies, Marketing direction and Succession planning. Key Responsibilities: Coach and assist franchisees in measuring, monitoring and analysing key business drivers Share ‘best practice- initiatives with the wider network Achieve state sales targets for loan settlements Assist Franchisees to develop and execute a business growth strategy Coach and mentor Franchisees for professional development,

compliance and business effectiveness Promote external resources to improve Franchisee effectiveness Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of the ongoing National Marketing initiatives Promote and coach Franchisees in the use and effectiveness of database & local area marketing resources, tools and activities to self- generate leads Promote and coach Franchisees to identify improved branding/retail opportunities Active participation in events to meet recruitment targets Key Skills: Holds a strong network in the broker market in Brisbane Proven experience as a BDM, building businesses to success either in a start-up environment, franchise or other financial services Ability to lead, coach, and mentor business owners A positive role model and mentor to peers, to foster a collaborative team environment Natural problem solver and 'can do' solution-focused attitude Strong business acumen Strong understanding of general business and financial metrics Excellent influencing and persuasiveness skills Excellent relationship-building skills Solid finance industry experience - Broking or Lending experience desired Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate with people at different levels and with contrasting levels of technical knowledge and skills Excellent presentation skills - public speaking, remote meeting software Understanding of recruitment methodologies and processes eg; Behavioural interview, position descriptions Good understanding of the Franchise system High level of IT competency – eg: Excel, PowerPoint Strong social media marketing knowledge – eg: LinkedIn, Facebook etc. If this sounds like the perfect next step for you in your career, and your experience aligns with the skills listed above, please apply today with you resume in WORD format. 1038663
