About You



As a sales professional, you will a proven track record of achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experience. Ideally you will have worked in a multi-site role and within either the tyre, automotive or retail industries. You will be resilient, positive and possess the energy and drive to succeed in a challenging environment. With experience in delivering sales results first hand, you will be capable of driving sales results across a geographically dispersed environment.

You will be proactive in nature and be able to adjust and adapt to changing business requirements.



About the role



Reporting to the State Sales Manager the primary focus of this role is to deliver sales, revenue and market share growth through the external channel within an assigned territory.



Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:



- Focusing on business, share of market and profitability growth with tailored customer solutions

- Core focus on individual store sales performance and corrective actions

- Efficient execution of general and channel specific sales and marketing programs (including sales objectives and campaigns) supporting long term sales sustainability

- Customer relationship management- maintain and strengthen working relationships with all customers

- Identify channel partner training needs & coordinate execution with product managers, customer engineers, brand managers, etc.

This is a full-time role based in Eastern Creek, NSW.



Regular travel is required within Sydney Metro and Regional NSW.
