- Fixed term contract to replace current receptionist on maternal leave

- Location: Melbourne West

- 9 month contract

A growing manufacturing company in the western suburbs is looking for an experienced Receptionist, administration and basic accounts person

Your duties will include;

- Answering all telephone calls and assisting with customer queries

- Office administration, such as filing, ordering office supplies and banking

- Preparation of periodic mail outs and letters

- Involvement in meetingsĀ 

- Taking customer orders

- Processing of delivery dockets and Invoicing

- Planing delivery schedule

- Reconciling bank accounts

- Processing weekly payroll and banking

Maintenance of financial records of organisation's assets and their accounting value

The successful candidate will have:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar busy role

- MYOB experience is required

- Competent in MS Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.

- Well presented with an excellent telephone manner

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

- Good organisation skills and the ability to multi-task

- Must have own reliable car and Driver licence
