SESLHD is committed to enabling our community to be healthy and well, and to providing the best possible compassionate care when people need it.<span><br > <span>SESLHD is committed to improving the care provided to our patients in line with our vision of Working together to improve the health and wellbeing of our community.<span><br > <span>Provide a range of administrative and clerical support services to enable the Capital Works department to achieve their objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner.<span><br > <span>The position provides administrative support throughout Capital Works department including both the District staff and individual site based Redevelopment teams as required to assist the smooth and effective function of these projects and contribute to team goals.<span><br >  <div> <div> <div style="font-size:10pt"> <ol> <li>Ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks, while managing competing work priorities and work flow within allocated resources<li> <li>Experience of responding to a range of customer enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment<li> <li>High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills<li> <li>Demonstrated initiative and the ability to bring a creative approach to problem solving<li> <li>Ability to work independently and with a demonstrated capacity for effective teamwork<li> <li>Demonstrated commitment to providing a quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedures<li> <li>Experience in the use of computing software and ability to utilise complicated Health specific systems<li> <ol> <div> <p style="font-family:Arial"> <p> <p style="font-family:Arial"> <p> <div style="font-size:10pt"> <p style="font-family:Arial">
