About the role
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team at North Regional TAFE.
This position will be responsible for providing effective and efficient business and administrative support to the Facilities Manager. This role provides a broad range of support functions across the scope of the capital infrastructure building projects, including the coordination of correspondence and reporting, compliance with internal and external policies and procedures. This role is responsible for the development of infrastructure planning documentation and the implementation of procurement, invoicing and acquittal processes. The role is also responsible for maintaining and managing facilities' schedules and calendars as well as network drives and information systems.
