and part of the engineering team, an exciting new full time permanent opportunity has arisen for a Reliability Engineer. Reporting to the Engineering Maintenance Manager and working collaboratively across the the site, the Reliability Engineer will provide overall expertise and leadership in developing, implementing and maintaining a site-wide reliability program by: Leading the site reliability and maintainability program for site assets and utility systems by driving the implementation of industry best practices. Improving the equipment performance and cost effectiveness in the engineering, operational, manufacturing and associated areas, improving operational efficiencies and cost effectiveness. Supporting and implementing strategic decisions for maintenance execution strategy, balanced with technical decision-making to improve processes across the site. Identifying opportunities and generating solutions that satisfy business/commercial needs related to asset performance. To be considered for this role, you must be possess: Minimum of bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline, or recognised engineering apprenticeship with 5-years’ experience and working towards further development. Minimum 3-5 years engineering and manufacturing experience gained in the bio/pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and Statutory Requirements. Minimum 5 years related experience with Reliability Engineering. Strong experience in Reliability and Condition Based Maintenance applications. Experience with CMMS (SAP) and Data Analysis applications Demonstrated experience working with data analysis techniques and Root-Cause Failure Analysis. Strong leadership, organizational planning and project management skills, in addition to technical knowledge, required to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams Awareness of EHS and Lean Manufacturing principles Please note that working hours are 73.5 hours in a 10 day fortnight on the Parkville (Australia) site.
