Administration Coordinator





Berkeley





Part Time- 5.5 hours per week





$27.32 per hour





Provide essential administrative support service at St Mary's Aged Care in Berkeley. Busy varied role with focus on roster coordination.





Join our fast-paced onsite team as an Administrative Coordinator. Utilise your highly developed organisational and problem solving skills within the rewarding aged care industry and give back. You will provide a variety of administrative support services ensuring our home is resourced and able to continue to offer a quality care environment to our valued residents. You will be responsible for;







Managing our online staff roster system & work closely with Residential and Care Manager to ensure staff roster is full.





Managing all staff documentation & records & coordinating onboarding of new staff.





Coordinating tours with prospective new residents & families & managing new admission documentation.





Generating reports on occupancy and EOM financial measures.





Provide general reception service and take frontline telephone queries





Collect mail daily, petty cash, banking





We are looking for a unique individual who thrives in a busy and challenging environment whilst providing great customer service to our Residents & families. This role will suit someone who is IT literate and has the ability to pick up new systems quickly with strong solid management & organizational skills.
