In particular, the team provides systems, processes and services that enable sales effectiveness and business growth within the wider REA Group context. As a Functional Consultant, you will: + Be responsible for delivering systems and enhancements developed from established requirements. + Implement Salesforce.com functionality and act as a knowledgeable liaison with business stakeholders. + Be accountable for designing and configuring Salesforce to provide great outcomes for REA's global business and its people. + Participate in sessions with Salesforce customers and other team members to understand Business Requirements and Business Processes Analysis + Document detailed business, functional & technical requirements + Work closely with the Lead Developer to ensure solutions leverage the capabilities of the Salesforce platform effectively limiting custom code to the bare minimum necessary + Analyse data and execute data migration strategies and mapping + Provide training to end users and colleagues as needed + Improve and streamline business processes using the Salesforce platform + Foster and enable all relevant LOBs to transition successfully to the Salesforce platform + Champion the benefits of the Salesforce platform in the context of the business environment **Who we're looking for** + In-depth working knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform and ecosystem + Demonstrated experience leading the technical delivery of complex CRM integration and implementation projects + Developed understanding of Cloud technologies and complex systems + Developed skills in mentoring people + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to run workshops + Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) Certification + Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification + Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification + Salesforce Service Cloud Certification + Salesforce Developer Certification + Work in or be flexible to work in an agile and fast paced environment But we don't just look for someone based on their skills and expertise.
