The Opportunity at AIAThe position of Distribution Agreement Governance Support will be a key member in the Banca, Partnerships and Advice team reporting into the Head of Bancassurance. This position can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney. The successful applicant will be working with our strategic partner to ensure Distribution Agreement governance and reporting requirements, including DMG, DSC,

Risk Forum – in addition to any other forums the partnership agrees to establish (e.g. Affiliated Advice Forum, Vitality for Staff Monthly BURs) are operational. Additionally, they will support the adherence to the Distribution Agreement, ensuring all teams are aware of their accountabilities and deliverables. Key Responsibilities Provide tools, templates and requirements to AIA teams to fulfill obligations and provide guidance on notification processes. Responsible for maintaining a list of ownership of Distribution Agreement obligations to ensure all internal teams are aware of their accountabilities and deliverables. Maintain AIA Distribution Partnership email address. Manage the AIA in-boxes for notifications and escalations, to fulfill the DA obligations in each scenario. Provide direct support (minutes and actions) to the DSC, DMG, Risk Forums and other forums as required this will require working with partner to align and seek approval from both our strategic partner and AIA. Responsible for the DA governance schedule which includes joint meetings and internal preparation sessions (as required), ensuring EAs have scheduled meetings as required. Work with our strategic partner to developing agendas for Governance Forums and ensure the documentation meets the expectations of the forum, this may involve creation of papers. Maintain a central repository of all governance forums documentation. Consolidate monthly SLA reporting for Life and Health Distribution Agreements working with internal teams to understand any missed SLAs. Skills and Experience Strong financial services or professional services experience Strong administration and/or coordinator experience Excellent stakeholder management skills Excellent presentation and communication skills likely gained in administration, project management or customer service roles Ability to work in situations of ambiguity and competing interests Applications close 2 October 2020.
