What this job involve
You will be supporting a team of Property and Facilities professionals in the management of a national shopping centre portfolio. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Providing support to the Portfolio team with minutes of meetings, scheduling of activities, training, maintaining records, client requests and updating online platforms as required
- Capital Expenditure – understand the capital works program, financial systems, provide data analysis and reporting
- Risk Management – coordinate and support all risk management activities and reporting requirements, including training
- Contract Management – Assist with monitoring asset monthly supplier meetings (Cleaning,
mechanical, electrical, waste, vertical transport (VT) and security) and adherence to contractor management procedures
- Sustainability – Coordinate and assist with associated reporting, data analysis, training and presentation requirements

This is a varied, challenging and interesting role where you will work autonomously within a sociable team environment. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills are a must, as are outstanding organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
It is preferred that you have some qualifications in Engineering, Sustainability, Facility Management or Property.
Please note the successful candidate may be required to travel within the metro or regional areas.You must hold a current and valid Driver’s License and have your own car
