What this job involve
Your key focus will be to develop, maintain & foster trusting relationships with landowners and stakeholders impacted by major linear infrastructure projects and being the interface between infrastructure project developers and landlords
Working within the Infrastructure Advisory team which consists of Land Access & Land Acquisition Managers, Land Access Consultants, Valuers and a dedicated Project Support team you will be negotiating agreements on behalf of our clients to secure access to land including Access Licences, Option Agreements and other land tenure agreements as required
You will also be responsible for managing and coordinating access to land for other project consultants,
recording notes and discussions on different land management platforms, providing strategic advice to clients and generally being responsible for landowner relationships.

Ideally you will have valuation, rural agency or other rural property experience. It is critical that you have
land access or land acquisition experience preferably in the energy, resources or transport sectors.
You will also be proficient in the use of technology including basic mapping & database applications and electronic tracking software for managing landowner and other stakeholder interactions.
You are able to work as part of a broader project team and you will have excellent written and communication skills with an eye for detail together with excellent presentation skills.
As part of this role you will be required to travel to project locations for periods up to 2 weeks at a time and you will need a full drivers licence and current First Aid.
