We are currently seeking a Franchise Reporting and Accounts Officer to join the team. Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, the objective of the role is to ensure accuracy and timely processing of sales data, which is used to determine payment required by a franchisee, reward and recognise franchisee performance and market share.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Data processing for allocated states – Importing sales data and manual entry of sales data from various sources into the corporate financial database and reconciling and checking figures. Outstanding reports list monthly, all franchisee’s reports processed by monthly deadline.

- Creating Reports - Create and check monthly state corporate reports and quarterly, half yearly and yearly awards figures (Excel based). Including national reports as required. Work with relevant state corporate teams to address any additional reporting requirements or queries. Reports emailed to state corporate teams and key stakeholders by required deadlines. Complete all staffing updates prior to running of reports.

- Reconciliations and Follow up – Assisting Senior Credit Controller with debt collection as required. Follow up offices with nil settled sales, nil commissions and outstanding settlements. Follow up offices that have not reported sales or property management. Complete notes and comments on follow up completed and diarise any further follow up as requirement. Complete tracking spreadsheets as required for nil settled, nil commissions and outstanding settlements.

- Customer support – Resolve any account and reporting queries from franchisee’s. Respond to customers within 48 hours. Complete notes and file emails to outline communications. Make adjustments to accounts or reports or direct debit payments as required.

You will Bring:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role

- Intermediate to advanced excel skills

- Netsuite experience preferred but not essential

- Real estate administration experience highly regarded

- Data processing and/ or finance background preferably in accounts receivable

- Good communication skills and ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers

- Initiative and drive to improve

- Fast learner

- Strong attention to detail

- Enjoys working as part of a team
