Child & Adolescent Psychologist

To meet the demand for our services, we are expanding, which includes a new name (formerly Southern Highlands Psychology), and a bigger and better location with shiny new offices. We are looking for like-minded psychologists to join The Kindred team and help us continue providing high-quality psychology services to our community.

We are passionate about supporting local children and adolescents, and the adults who care for them. We work with the full range of behavioural, emotional, developmental,

and social issues that can get in the way of families having connected and rewarding lives.

We are excited to be building a team to help us support even more families. We are on the lookout for awesome therapists who love working with children and teens, who are always growing as clinicians, and who genuinely value being part of a supportive team.

What we will offer you

- Flexible contract work between Monday to Friday OR Flexible work arrangements including contract work or part-time/full-time employment.

- Light-filled, beautifully appointed therapy rooms. We also have a large room which can be used for running groups, team meetings, and peer supervision.

- Time to focus on what you do best. You’ll have full-time admin support including intake, diary management, invoicing, and rebates.

- Fun stuff! A well-resourced selection of books, toys, squishy and sparkly things, craft, puzzles and more.

- Serious stuff. An equally-well resourced clinical library full of texts, assessment tools and test kits.

- Shiny tech cloud stuff. Practice management software (PowerDiary), secure messaging platforms, storage, and productivity tools.

- A workplace culture that values fun, humour, creativity, peer support and real work/life balance.

- Coffee
