About Your Role

- Analysing, defining and shaping the total addressable market across the full Thales product offering

- Building in-depth competitor intelligence, market intelligence and a solid understanding of future customer needs

- Using data and insights to develop the industry proposition, shape the future and position the organisation for success

- Defining, developing, implementing and managing the digital marketing strategy

- Driving and managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns that deliver tangible results across a range of channels

- Optimising the marketing budget, building and managing a suite of metrics to track performance of marketing campaigns and demonstrate their ROI

- Working collaboratively across the complex, matrix organisation in order to deliver results.

How About You?

- Degree qualified within a marketing specialisation or equivalent

- Extensive experience in defining, developing, implementing and managing digital marketing strategy with a Defence customer is preferred, or within a B2G environment

- Demonstrable background in building competitor intelligence and analysis, defining and shaping markets to position products for success

- Proven digital marketing campaign skills across a range of channels that that deliver real results

- Budgetary planning and management skills, optimising spend for maximum ROI

- Solid stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and drive outcomes across a complex, matrix-driven business.
