Turn your sales and leadership skills into a highly rewarding career with Australia's fastest-growing autotech company. This role will manage and grow an engaged and driven sales and operations team. The team will be responsible for end-to-end sales and operations processes for vehicle trading and car subscription customers.

We are looking for a talented and energetic Site Manager who will be responsible for the performance of our Brisbane site. You will assist us in building our vehicle trading department based on your localised knowledge of the industry. In the near future, your team will grow to consist of Sales Specialists, Operations and Logistics.

You will be expected to lead by example, and be accountable for driving sales targets, managing high performers to maintain and optimise seamless operations for the lifecycle of a vehicle in our inventory, and most importantly, customer happiness.

You are someone who is ready to get your hands dirty to create world-class practices that will help us scale to multiple cities in Australia and beyond. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied and you will be supported by our team to create efficiencies and drive sales.


- Owning the day-to-day prioritisation for the team, driving efficiency, setting daily objectives and managing and motivating individuals.

- You will lead by example! Maintaining your own pipeline with a high conversion rate and performing at a level for the rest of the team will aspire to.

- Hiring, onboarding and upskilling. You'll be responsible for building and getting the most out of your team. You will have the full support of the senior leadership team to attract and maintain a high performing team.

- You will work closely with the National Sales Manager to set the sales strategy for the company.

- You will manage priorities and create best practices for the administration team.

- You understand and live by data to drive your team's performance. You'll be analysing metrics from various platforms and always working to build plans and strategies to improve those metrics.


Technical Qualities

- At least 1-2 years in a sales leadership role

- Full driver's license with a good driving history

- Highly competent in DMS such as DealerLogic, ERA, Pentana etc.

- Highly competent in Microsoft Office Suite and/or GSuite products, particularly Excel and Google Sheets

- Excited and proactive about new technologies and understand how they can improve sales and operations

- You are capable of keeping a cool head in stressful situations

- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
