Law of the Jungle is an experienced, fast growing RegTech leader. Based in Surry Hills Sydney we are implementing our enterprise SaaS solution globally. We were recently named one of the top ten RegTech providers by CIO Outlook APAC magazine.

We seek to make a senior appointment to a key role within a small, ambitious team under a plan designed to scale our business and seize incredible opportunities for growth.



‘Customer success' is a central tenet of our work. This new role ‘Head of Customer' involves oversight of client facing engagements,

care for the client experience of our service and support, and most essentially, a catalytic role in assisting clients realise value and surpass expectations in using our programs.



This is a role for someone who has an innate drive to fulfil the client need with energy, empathy and a solution-driven mindset. You will have a gift for enterprise-level professional service provision and a vision for using technology for achieving superior outcomes. You will have a history of project delivery to targets and timelines.

Law of the Jungle is an enterprise cloud solution that propels marketing communications through due diligence and regulatory checks to an assured ‘all-clear'.



Using AI and smart technologies our award-winning solution enables businesses to meet their obligations, manage their risks and arm the team to get it right in a fraction of the time.



We have twenty years of leadership in the use of technology to embed legal know-how in business process and behaviour. We are motivated by the desire to democratise the law and put it to work for the business.



What we offer



This position gives you a dress circle seat in the development of the RegTech sector and the opportunity to play a vital role in a RegTech success story.



We work out of a perfect location in Surry Hills, and are a small and high performing team who value what we do and share a vision for what we would like to achieve. We work collaboratively, we are non-hierarchical and we regularly share ideas and food (including weekly team lunches).



We are also proud of the clients we serve in Australia, regionally and globally. You will be dealing at senior levels in client organisations.



What we will look for



The role is true ‘Customer Success' – not a marketing role, nor a project management role nor account management, but a role for someone who truly knows how to knit a unique line-of-business solution into the fabric of an organisation for lasting benefit.



We are looking for someone who is alive to the scale of the opportunity and who brings real talent and experience to the table. You will be a great communicator and invigorate the workplace and the client environment with challenges and ideas. You will move easily from big picture to small picture and back to big, with an eye for detail and the ability to stand back and imagine what will make the biggest difference. But being a communicator and creative won't be enough: ultimately your ability to execute will mark you out as the person capable of making the contribution we are looking for.



Your calibre as an individual will be the deciding factor but each or any of the following will help us identify you as this person:



- Demonstrated success in providing complex professional or consulting services to senior people in corporate enterprises including problem solving, needs analysis, project sponsorship, documentation and accountability

- A portfolio of technology solutions that you have brought to market and led to product market fit, along with experience and ease at establishing credibility and authority with clients and other stakeholders

- Being a people person, you are able to manage complex relationships, avoid and manage conflict and provide leadership, management and motivation within a small team environment

- Tertiary educational qualifications across any of a range of possible disciplines

- A track record of results that reflects your maturity, judgment, perseverance and your ability to inspire confidence
