We are looking for a Digital Experience Analyst to join our Customer team to help us create and enhance our customer facing products. You will work closely with our product managers,

technologists, CX team and data analytics team on product rollouts as well as help to facilitate collaboration across the business.

The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver, eager learner, and well-rounded cross-functional team player ready to tackle the many challenges in the Buy Now Pay Later space. In this role you will develop a clear understanding of complex business systems, processes and rules, become a trusted partner with Product & Technology teams, helping scale the business through customer success!

Key Responsibilities

- Document and own the requirements of new features in a format ready for a technology delivery team to implement. This may include user insights, user requirements, business rules, process flow diagrams and specifications of user interface interactions

- Partner with the business to understand challenges and process impacts in order achieve Openpay's business objectives

- Contribute to and, where appropriate, facilitate delivery team activities, such as ideation, discovery, requirements clarification activities and agile ceremonies as a core product-delivery team member

- Work closely with product managers and development teams to deliver sprints with a seamless customer journey in focus

- Collaborating with product management to facilitate discussions with the business to analyse and define processes at the enterprise level, highlighting pain points, key gaps, metrics and improvement areas

- Resolve requirements conflicts between business units or between business and technology with support from the product management team.

Skills, experience and behaviours required: 

- Previous experience of at least 5 years working with cross-functional software development teams in an agile environment working on web, mobile and API technologies

- Proven ability to author thorough, detailed, high-quality documentation of all aspects of the systems in question

- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills

- Outstanding understanding of commercial, retail, ecommerce, financing domains and mobile/web development

- Proactive approach, continuous seeking for ways to achieve business and technology alignment, ability to think outside the box and solve problems creatively

- Experience using Azure devops
