About Endeavour Foundation Industries

Endeavour Foundation’s Work Portfolio operates over 30 commercial operations across the Eastern seaboard, covering a diverse product mix, predominantly in Packaging, Document Destruction, Recycling and Manufacturing to commercial customers. Our EFI operations provides supported employment opportunities for people with disability who want to achieve personal employment outcomes aligned to their NDIS plan.

About the role:

- Lead and coordinate business activities within the Warwick site of the Endeavour Foundation Industries (EFI).

- Full time position (76 hrs per fortnight)

- Lead and coordinate business and production activities of the Warwick site, ensuring that customer orders are managed in accordance with specified requirements and that the operations are efficiently maximising production outcomes. 

- Achieve sustainable employment outcomes of employees and supported employees whilst ensuring that these activities align to and are in support of Endeavour Foundation’s mission, purpose, values and organisational strategy.

What you need to succeed:

- Experience of successfully leading large scale operations to achieve sales, production, employment, safety and business objectives. 

- Cert IV Front line Management or equivalent would be highly regarded. 

- Ability to lead and coach teams across teams, set objectives and measure success.

- Formal training and/or demonstrated ability in operational management, with exposure to best practice principles in production environments.

- Strong skills in utilising technology to support operational management e.g. Microsoft office suite, accounting and reporting systems.

- Experience or motivation to work with supported employees.

- Knowledge and understanding of disability services.

Key success areas

- Manage the business to achieve budget and other indicators according to safety, people, customer, financial and operational outcomes. A key focus will be on achieving financial sustainability, improving people retention & attraction, and sound prevention and management of incidents in both fields of WHS and supported employee supports.

- Drive initiatives in the management team that contribute to operational efficiency, continuous improvement and long-term operational excellence

- Develop and maintain mutually beneficial working relationships with employees, internal groups and external bodies to establish viable interactive partnerships

- Develop and maintain and workforce plan aligned with strategy and business plans and consistent with Endeavour Foundation's desired employee experience

- Drive commitment towards Endeavour Foundation's Zero Harm framework and facilitate a genuine and practical approach to work, health and safety across the business.
