Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Sales Executive will be responsible for converting leads, acquiring new clients, developing relationships and carrying out sales strategy in order to close sales and win business in accordance with set targets:

- Selling unique catering solutions and event venues to EA/PAs and Event Organisers

- Responding and converting leads from our existing pipeline

- Identifying and approaching suitable new business prospects using CRM system, LinkedIn, Directories, and Partner channels

- Understanding and identifying client business needs and matching with appropriate solution

- Developing and owning a go-to-market sales strategy to achieve sales targets

- A mixture of F2F,

Web and Phone meeting activity

- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets and KPI's

- Autonomous role to grow and develop new accounts

- 60% New Business Development / 40% Account Management

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Degree level qualification preferred, but not essential

- A minimum 2 years+ B2B sales experience ideally within event, hotel, online platform, advertising or related industries

- Enjoy pitching, negotiating, chasing and closing new business

- Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work autonomously after initial on-boarding period

- Motivation and personal ambition to learn and succeed

- Strong team player who enjoys working in a highly collaborative environment
