The Role

This diverse role will see you running the reception desk within a fast paced office. You will be communicating with support staff and members and clients responding to their needs as well as general administration duties.

- Answering high volume of calls and answering emails

- Be the face of the company and welcome guests and clients

- Rostering of care workers including on-call

- Provide a high level of customer service to our customer base as necessary

- Assisting with transport and home care assistance

- Operation of main office phone switchboard

- Use of internal software including TRACCS

- Ordering and distributing PPE supplies

About You

- Holds a current police check (must have been completed within the last 3 months and able to produce a copy)

- Holds a current blue card and yellow card

- Prior experience within the health, aged care or disability sector

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Punctual and reliable with the ability to work outside core hours when required
