We are seeking a passionate, energetic and caring Coordinator & Assessor who enjoy what they do - improving the lives of Children and Foster Care services.

Due to continued growth within our programs across Perth Metro, we are seeking a Coordinator & Assessor who has passion for helping people & who believe they are a perfect fit for our core values. 



We are offering a Permanent Full-time opportunity which can be performed at both our Support Centre office in Ascot, and from home.





Make It Matter - What you will bring to make a difference in other's lives



- Assess, train and support Foster Carers

- Manage the delivery of services to a range of Young People

- Leadership, supervision and support teams and other internal staff

- Support learning opportunities and improve cultural awareness for Foster Carers

- Service Delivery and Continuous Improvement

- Maintain proactive health, safety and wellness culture



To be considered for these upcoming opportunities, you will need the following:



- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social work, Social Sciences, Behavioural Science, or similar field is highly desired

- Demonstrated experience managing and supporting Children and/or Young People in comple and challenging environments

- Excellent knowledge of the Child Care and Protection Act and Out of Home Care Legislation Standards

- Have passion for and have positive rapport with foster care families

- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members and in partnership with other services

- Strong reflective practices with the team and willingness to take on feedback

- WA Drivers licence

- Working With Children Check and National Criminal history check clearance

- First Aid certificate or willing to obtain one
