Our conveniently-located, modern call centre in Elsternwick hosts a diverse team of dedicated employees who are committed to making the world a better place. For more than 20 years our fundraisers have inspired everyday Australians to support important causes including homelessness, domestic violence, suicide prevention, animal cruelty and more, by engaging in meaningful conversations with new and existing donors.

About the role

- Would suit a broad range of skill-sets including individuals with sales or customer service backgrounds,or those with call centre experience.

-Urgently hiring suitable candidates for immediate start.

- Outbound calling to advocate on behalf of our charity clients

- Conveying the latest campaign information and seeking donation support, with a focus on acquiring ongoing monthly supporters

- Consistent achievement of individual and team based KPI's

- Building positive relationships with new and existing supporters

- Calling both warm and cold leads

- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

- Flexible shifts available Monday to Friday

Skills and experience

- Excellent communication skills

- Fluent in English

- High level of interpersonal and organisational skills

- Ability to listen to supporters and apply relevant and meaningful responses

- Basic computer and literacy skills

- Outbound tele-fundraising, sales or customer service experience preferred; but not essential

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Resilience to handle rejection yet remain motivated
