We are seeking an enthusiastic office administrator/receptionist who is ready and willing to join our fabulous team. This role will see you become a valuable asset across the business through the varied and evolving responsibilities that you take on.
You will be supporting an office full of super stars in the daily tasks of property management & leasing. Whilst offering your assistance and support you will also be supported by an amazing team who are focused on career development & diversity.
We need someone who is a team player and is willing to pitch in where ever necessary to get the job done.
The role includes but is not limited to:
- Answering incoming calls.
- Administration duties.
- Directing emails throughout the office.
- Assisting with accounts payable & receivable.
- General office duties.
What we need from you:
- Amazing communication skills.
- A high level of personal presentation.
- A “can do” attitude.
- Previous office/reception experience (Ideally in a Real Estate Office).
- Attention to detail.
As an integral member of the team you will need to share yourself between our 2 office locations - Ningi & Aspley. Ideally 3 days will be spent at Aspley & 2 days at Ningi however this can be negotiated to suit the perfect person.
