The successful person will be responsible for:

- Checking in and checking out guests

- Responding promptly to guest enquiries

- Inputting and updating reservation profiles

- Cash handling

- Passing on any relevant information to the manager

- Ability to multi-task

- Other duties as required

We are looking for a person who has:

- Experience in RMS Reservations (Essential)

- Previous Caravan Park experience

- Strong computer skills, (MS Office)

- Strong accuracy and attention to detail

- Ability to work autonomously and within a team

- Excellent customer service skills

- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to follow tasks through to completion

- Excellent problem solving

- Proactive and positive focus 

- Able to commence immediately
