About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide administrative and clerical assistance to the Key Account Management team. This position may also be required to work with the Crawford Knowledge Management team to ensure the effective maintenance of the Crawford Client Knowledge Centre (CKC).


Key Account Management

- Update Claims Management System (CMS) as required to ensure management information provided to clients is accurate and meets requirements

- Update management information reports in Excel to ensure client Key Client Monthly Information (MI) is accurate and meets requirements

- Coordinate others to update CMS and excel reports in preparation for provision to clients

- Assist account managers to investigate customer requests, escalations and claim complaints

- Compile customer satisfaction survey, staff surveys and format data

- Create, edit and maintain accurate client information in the Client Knowledge Centre (CKC) within the Crawford Knowledge Hub (CKH)

- Work with the Marketing Administration Coordinator, Knowledge Manager, Business Unit Managers, and Divisional Heads to conduct regular reviews of client information contained within the CKC

-  Respond to internal staff queries regarding client information via telephone and email

- Review and analyse claims data and management information reports and provide commentary to management and staff as required. Raise awareness of outcomes of review in order to facilitate process improvement

- Work to understand the business process and proactively look for ways to automate data capture wherever possible

-  Work with the Marketing Administration Coordinator, Head of Key Account Management and other Executives/managers as required to write, edit, format and/or distribute client specific internal communications reinforcing client requirements and client specific processes

- Work with the Marketing Administration Coordinator, Head of Key Account Management and other Executives/managers as required to edit and format external communications as required, e.g. RFIs tenders, capability statements, CVs, External Directories etc.

Corporate Services – Marketing, Events, and Communications

- Event support for corporate events if required

 Marketing Database Management

- Salesforce opportunity support for the AU Region including bi-annual client contact review


- Monitor the Marketing Mailbox processing all correspondence

- General office tasks for the Key Account Management team including meeting minutes, stock checks, and general administration tasks as required

About You:

You’ll work as one with our high performing and dedicated team of the management team, account managers, executive management, and service providers  bringing with you an entrepreneurial spirit; down to earth and respectful attitude; positive outgoing personality; good customer service; and time and caseload management skills



- Experience in formatting reports, presentations and other correspondence

- Database management

- Previous experience in desktop publishing desirable but not essential

- Experience in marketing or insurance industry preferred

- Advanced Microsoft Excel including advanced formatting skills, formulas, create lists, pivot tables and graphs

- MS Word and MS Publisher including document formatting skills

- Business administration experience including minuting, reconciliations, invoicing processing, travel bookings

- High level literacy and adequate numeracy skills


- Business analytics
