Administrative Assistant





Our client is a refrigerated cold storage and distribution service provider. They currently require an energetic and experienced Administrative Assistant to work Monday to Friday from 9am - 5pm on the day shift at their Western Suburbs facility.





The successful candidate will be responsible for processing orders, data entry, customer service and all other administrative duties





Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will need to possess experience and skills including but not limited to





Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package





Handling Inward documents End-to-End





Assisting other staff members where required





Great Attention to detail







A willingness to learn and pick up processes efficiently





Worked in a fast paced environment previously





Customer service- answering phones





Ablility to multi-task jobs





Highly organised





The successful candidate will be reliable, open to doing overtime if required and able to work within a busy team environment.





If you consider yourself to be a quick learner together with excellent communication and administration skills, this position suit you.





This is a casual ongoing position with the view to permanency.
