The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity for an energetic and passionate Business Development Executive to join our strong performing NSW team.

- Managing the current on-premise business with a Sydney CBD focus, growing revenue, volume, distribution and profits whilst leading state-based activity for the on-premise in NSW.

- Identifying and driving new on-premise business opportunities.

- Building and managing new and existing customer and trade relationships.

- Facilitating and coordinating education and training of our expansive portfolio.

- Executing quarterly brand promotions and other activity in collaboration with the sales and marketing strategy.

- Managing a diverse customer universe, forecasts and varied reporting and updating CRM accordingly.

This role is on the go, so you will need to have a current driver's licence and be available to work some weekends and late nights.

What are we looking for

- A natural communicator, focussed on building lasting relationships

- Strong On Premise direct selling experience preferable

- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

- Demonstrated an ability to self-manage, whilst also managing commitments for the team

- A creative, solutions focussed person who loves a challenge ie how to get our portfolio in that bar and front of mind!

- Intermediate skill level with MS office suite

- A sales background in the liquor or beverage industry or management role in hospitality is essential
