Description



We are seeking an experienced Business Coordinator to join our Mining Services Division, located in Newman.



Candidates must be living locally to be considered for this permanent position. As the Business Coordinator reporting to the Divisional Manager, you must work with a sense of urgency and have a strong attention to detail. The primary function of the role is to ensure the accurate financial and administration support to divisional staff and external clients.



Key Responsibilities Of The Role Are To





- Budget forecasting and expense reporting;

- Financial recording and auditing;

- Accurately update and maintain internal databases and registers;

- Raise and receipt purchase orders;



- Accurately and promptly invoice jobs and follow up outstanding debtors;

- Vehicle and accommodation reporting and control; and

- Provide general administrative support across the office as required.





Essential Criteria Include





- Previous experience in similar role;

- A ‘can do’ approach, ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines;

- Experienced and competent in the use of Microsoft packages; and

- Previous experience in the construction industry and use of PRONTO would be considered advantageous.
