Program Manager





Full Time contract till | 38 hours weekly





Located in Mt Druitt | Important Company on Track Program

Your Opportunity





Important Company on Track is an early intervention program for 10-17 year olds who are at-risk of long-term involvement in the justice system.





Important Company on Track supports young people and their families through case management and evidence-informed interventions to reduce their criminogenic risks and address their needs.





Your key responsibilities will be to





Lead a team of direct reports with a complex service delivery





Coordinate priorities within the team to deliver quality programs





Ensure policies and processes are followed to stay compliant





Support the program by identifying areas of risk and work to resolve them





Develop collaborative relationships with clients and all stakeholders





Meet all program targets, compliance and Key Performance Indicators





Requirements for Success





Extensive management experience in community services In Important Company is preferable





Relevant degree with experience or associate diploma with substantial experience





Demonstrated experience in reporting and reviewing case management





Previous experience in budget and financial management





Valid Important Company drivers licence





Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
