Creativity and innovation are driven by our team and our people are central to our ability to evolve and grow into the future.About the RoleWorking as part of a close knit team, this busy support role presents the opportunity for a customer service focused administrative champion to add value to our team and represent ARTC in the best possible way. This role works directly for the Administration Officer and is accountable for the followingRespond to incoming telephone calls and field and direct inquiries with a high level of customer service





Perform high level administrative support and data entry services into various systems to record accurate information and maintain databases for ease of access and retrieval





Register all incoming and outgoing correspondence each day and arrange for outgoing courier deliveries





Manage meeting room bookings and resources to enable meetings to occur as required including coordinating external functions and conferences as requested





Schedule travel and accommodation arrangements as per ARTC Policies and Procedures





Arrange purchase orders as required and process invoices for payment in ARTC-s financial accounting system





Complete reconciliations for corporate credit cards to ensure compliance with financial systems and procedures





Carry out additional tasks including allocated project work as required to support business operations





About You To be successful in this role, you will have a -can do- attitude and be a natural multi-tasker. Your calm demeanour coupled with your positive outlook and willingness to learn will enable you to quickly add value to our dynamic team. Specifically, the key selection criteria areDemonstrated advanced written and verbal communication skills





Knowledge and experience with booking diary, calendar and travel arrangements





Experience in providing customer service to internal and external customers





Ability to learn new IT systems and processes and experience with Microsoft Office applications





Demonstrated ability to use judgement and discretion in the dissemination of information
