Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for an energetic, passionate and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our rapidly growing business. You are the first point of for our customers and are key to building and maintaining strong relationships and continually providing high quality services and experience.





Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, some of your tasks will include;







Liaise with customers via phone and Please apply through this site. in a courteous and friendly manner.





Facilitate and manage customer jobs and orders received.





Input and update job requirements within transport management system.





Review and maintain customer accounts, ensure their needs are met.





Work closely with operations to ensure we deliver on our promises, within a timely manner.





Follow up, investigate and find solutions for any customer queries or complaints.





Follow set process to maintain standards and quality.





Transport can be fast paced, you will need to be able to remain composed under pressure, be able to take control of situations, and problem solve to get a positive outcome.





Your success in this role will be achieved through your proactive customer focused approached to building relationships with our internal and externals customers. You will have proven experience in shipping, freight forwarding or wharf transport. You-ll have strong interpersonal and communication skills, high level computer skills, be diligent and with a high attention to detail.
