IT Support Officer

As an IT Support Person at our Support Office in Hallam you will work within a small but efficient team that service 20 sites which includes open retail store environments. As the first line support person you will be required to think quickly on your feet, manage your time well and problem solve to provide the best possible outcome for the business.





Your duties will include but are not limited to







Assist with the operation of the IT Help Desk supporting 20 sites





Answering calls and operating as first line IT support





Providing timely technical expertise to both internal and external stakeholders





Collect and analyse business requirements to make recommendations to improve processes





Manage and roll out both software and hardware to the business





Responsible for adhoc IT projects





We are looking for an individual who possess the below skills





Tertiary qualification in IT or similar





Prior experience in an IT Help Desk environment





A valid driver-s licence





Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to manage time and make decisions on process improvements





Strong verbal and written communication skills





An ability to deliver outstanding service and build great relationships





A self-motivated approach and strong follow through on requests





Energy, enthusiasm and drive to achieve outstanding results
