Asset Security Concepts Pty Limited is an established and experienced electronic security provider located in Rydalmere offering Security Alarm, CCTV and Access Control solutions.





An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic and enthusiastic Service Administration Assistant to join our Head Office Team. The position will provide support to our growing client base by delivering efficient and effective customer service to current and prospective customers and internal service team.







Reporting to the Service Team Leader your duties will include but are not limited to General administration duties; Manage subcontractor database; Process delivery dockets and back orders; Process supplier and sub-contractor invoices for customer invoicing; Generate customer invoices; General filing duties; Update and maintain client data in ERP; Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Service Team Leader.Skills & Experience





We are looking for a highly motivated, diligent and analytical individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The for this position are 800am to 430pm.





Additionally, you will have the following Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Office skills Excel, Word, Outlook, preferably Microsoft Dynamics; The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team; Ability to manage multiple tasks working in a service environment; Experience with ERP systems; High attention to detail.If you take pride in your work and enjoy the satisfaction that comes with providing a quality solution to your customer, have the relevant skills and want to be part of the great team at ASC Pty Limited, please send your resume to
