Our vision is ?Enhancing Lives through Community Housing?. The role The Reporting Analyst supports the Business Improvement team in developing and analysing Link Housing?s reporting data & systems. This includes continued development of in-house reporting, analysis, KPI reporting and ad-hoc report development to support business demands across all business units. The role requires the driving of continuous improvement of data and data analysis tools in line with relevant business, legislative and government guidelines. The role is responsible for collecting data,

undertaking analysis and supporting strategic improvements as part of regulatory, contractual and management reporting requirements. Main deliverables of the role will include Develop, analyse and maintain a suite of reports Coordinate internal data collection processes Develop and monitor successful implementation of relevant reporting and initiatives Coordinate and analyse status by business units against business plans Prepare adhoc status reports to key stakeholders Assist our Legal and Risk team in development and production of reporting as required Support the Business Improvement team in the creation of reports that support continuous improvement across operationsWho we are looking for This role is varied and requires a person who has 3 - 5 years of experience in a reporting role experience in the not-for-profit sector would be an advantage Understanding of internal and external compliance reporting requirements Ability to drive business improvements using data evidence to support changes Experience in SQL development to stored procedure Experience in business process modelling / analysis Relevant Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Maths, etc Experience in BI reporting / data visualisation Strong communication and documentation skills with high attention to detail Analytical and good problem-solving skillsBenefits to you Link Housing offers the successful candidate a competitive salary plus superannuation and salary packaging and the opportunity to make your .
