Able Air and Electrical Solutions are one of the leading technical services contractors in the Brisbane area, providing 24/7 breakdown services for HVAC-R, Electrical, Data and Communications systems. A well-established business, Able Air and Electrical Solutions has a vision to become the 'go-to' contractor for emergency breakdowns and preventative maintenance in South East QLD.
We are seeking an Operations Co-Ordinator to join our team and take a leading role in business operations. The position reports directly to the Directors and is a key part of our teams' customer service commitment
Job tasks and responsibilities
Assist with allocation and management of resources in the field.
Entering, maintaining and managing tasks in our job management program from start to finish.
Maintaining the flow of works to the highest of standards.
Assist with compiling quotes derived from operational tasks. Issuing of quotes thereafter.
Purchasing Materials for tasks. Following up orders placed. Liaising and building relationships with suppliers.
Scheduling works with exceptional customer service to our clients.
Providing assistance to accounts/financial controller.
Organising and coordinating sub-contractors.
General Administration Functions.
Be a key member in the growth and development of a growing player in the industry
Skills and experience
You will be a strong organiser.
Confident communicator and ability to effectively liaise with colleagues and clients.
experience in use of AROFLO will be an advantage. training will be Provided to the right candidate.
Must have experience in a similar trades/services based role
Able to make decisions on the fly. With Ability to work alone and without direction.
Excellent problem solving skills with a common-sense approach.
Bright and friendly personality with exceptional people skills.
The ability and desire to consistently deliver a very high standard of client satisfaction
A solutions based attitude, with the desire to go above and beyond clients expectations
The ability and drive to manage your team's works and be responsible for quality and efficient delivery.
