About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and switched on residential contracts administrator to join our Gold Coast team.

Reporting to the Head of contracts you will be responsible for

Residential sales contract administration adhering to legislative and corporate compliance requirements and settlement timelines;

Management of rates notices;

Liaising with internal legal team and external solicitors on sales contract matters and queries;

Acting as key for Sales staff and Development Managers in relation to sales contracts and conveyancing requirements, procedures and matters;

Reporting in accordance with internal and/or external third-party requirements;

Ensuring that data in the contract management system is entered timely and accurately;

Providing admin support on processing of Sales commissions as required;

General adhoc/admin duties as required.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role you will require proven residential contracts administration experience in a similar role either in house or in a legal . You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment and be customer focused.

Additionally you will have

Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Skills Word/Excel;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload effectively;

Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision;

Strong attention to detail;

Knowledge of sale of unregistered developments, selling off the plan etc.

Knowledge/experience using contracts databases Framework desirable and/or CRM systems Salesforce or M/S Dynamics advantageous.
