About the role
The Contracts Support role will
Work alongside management and staff, regularly communicating with multiple work crews.
Liaise with customers and subcontractors ensuring the highest level of service.
Manage and update the system Tradify to ensure jobs are entered correctly with the most up-to-date information.
Schedule in new/modify existing works and appointments.
Ensure adequate levels of stock are available for programmed work,
creating purchasing orders as required.
Visit sites when required
Skills and experience
We are looking for someone who
Has the ability to manage themselves and is self driven.
Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate at all levels both internally and externally.
Capability to understand new processes and recognise areas for improvement that can maximise quality and efficiency.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks/jobs and deadlines.
Can think on their feet, reacting quickly in a fast-paced environment that constantly changes.
Is punctual and reliable with excellent organisational and planning skills
